Inspiring work at new graphic museum Breda

Smaller than expected yet inspiring: the recently opened graphic design museum in Breda.
Besides a Dutch graphic retrospective the museum also currently exhibits a “European championship of graphic designs”; 11 designers have been able to play together in one of the exhibition rooms; yet graphic design only does not cover the works exposed.
The game has resulted in a crossover of idea, illustration and typography based work. The illustrations by Dennis Eriksson intrigued me the most. 21 stills show the storyboard of a “new” James Bond movie with all the specific surroundings you would expect from 007: roughly illustrated but at the same time very detailed. It’s a pity the square meters of the new graphic museum are limited.
